Dear Passenger,
Each ticket includes one free medium-sized luggage. A medium-sized bag is one that a single passenger can comfortably carry or lift without assistance, such as a standard suitcase or sports bag.
Please note
- Additional bags: Charged at check-in.
- Oversized/large bags: Additional charges apply.
- Bulky or special items: Passengers should contact ATT by phone or WhatsApp before travelling. Charges are assessed based on the item's size and handling requirements.
- No on-site weighing: Luggage charges are based on bag size, quantity, and agent assessment rather than weight.
- Prohibited items: Hazardous, illegal, perishable, or unsafe items may be refused.
- Valuables: Passengers are advised not to place cash, electronics, important documents, or other valuables in checked luggage.
- Payment: All applicable luggage fees must be paid before boarding by cash or mobile money to an ATT agent.
- Loading: Luggage should be presented at the designated pick-up point for tagging and loading.

Important: Final charges for bulky or special items are determined by an ATT agent at check-in based on size and handling requirements.
